February has been another very busy month with a number of new customers signing up for smartsm and also more customers going LIVE with product.
Thank you to everyone who has attended the first of our 2 Roadshow events in York & Manchester. We hope that you have all enjoyed what has turned out to be one of the most informative and well attended seminar series of recent years and we look forward to the remaining 4 events in Glasgow, London, Bristol and Warwick over the coming weeks and months.

This month we are delighted to announce 3 more new customers. Medway, Northamptonshire and Northumberland have all now subscribed to smartsm and we look forward to working with them closely going forward.

Our Implementation Team have been very busy again in the month of February with 3 new library services now LIVE with smartsm.
West Berkshire, Medway and Thurrock Libraries are all now LIVE with smartsm and beginning the process of implementing the EBSM methodology across their library services.
