November has been another busy month where we have seen more new customers subscribe to smartsm across the UK and to collectionHQ in North America. In addition, the implementation team have been busy working closely with more customers who are now going LIVE with the product and beginning the process of utilising EBSM.

This promises to be a great opportunity for our clients across the UK and Republic of Ireland to network with other users of the solution, compare and share best practice and contribute to smartsm's future development schedule.
