Our Implementation Team have been very busy again in the month of January with 5 new library services now LIVE with smartsm.
Devon, Leeds, Bracknell Forest, Stoke, and City of London Libraries are all now LIVE with smartsm and beginning the process of implementing the EBSM methodology across their library services.

We have just announced an exciting series of regional seminars for 2010 which we will be delivering jointly with some of the other leading innovators in the UK public library sector including Bowker, Civica, Intellident and Overdrive. These seminars, aimed at senior management are free to attend and will be focusing on efficiencies and innovation in public libraries.
